Shipping policy:
Orders are fulfilled and mailed out from Vancouver and I use Canada Post for shipment. All standard shipping (including free shipping) will be sending through letter mail therefore, you will not be receiving a tracking code. Please note there is a risk for lost and later delivery times. For tracking and faster shipping, please choose upgrade delivery during checkout. For all express and Priority shipping with tracking please contact for more info.
The time it takes for you to receive your packages depends on where you live. Please allow 3 business days for me to process and prepare your orders. From experience, it takes 7 days for orders in Canada to arrive and 10-14 days if you’re in the US. If your order is being sent to anywhere else in the world, it takes approximately 14 days. If you haven’t received your order in 21 days, please send us a message through etsy inbox.
*Covid-19 has impacted the shipment for all international orders. Please keep in mind that there is a delay of 1-2 weeks for your orders to arrive if you live outside of Canada. Sorry in advance but I’m sure post offices across the world are doing all they can during the pandemic.

Custom and personalized orders
Please contact me for custom orders, I will try my best to accommodate. For some
items customization is not available. All Jewelry items including earrings and necklaces are not accepted for returns or exchange due to hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your design process? How do you make your clay earrings?
Let me tell you a little bit about my process, I first create a design on paper, then I mixed the correct colors of polymers clay for my designs. I then condition the clay, rolled and mould it to the desire shape. I will then bake the clay, sand and polish it. Then I secure jewelry posts onto the clay and finally coat it with UV resin for extra protection. While many of my designs are Matte, for some
designs I cover the top of the earrings with resin as well so that they sparkle beautifully.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All of my items are packaged nicely which can be gifted to someone else. You can also upgrade for premium packaging with gift bags and gift message cards.

Many of my items are handmade so there might be a slight difference (1-2mm) in size from the description.
